1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaunchSA at launchsa.co.za ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

LaunchSA is a free job portal designed for South African job seekers and employers. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information in your CV or job applications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to spam, scam, or harass other users
• Post fraudulent job listings (applies to employers)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform

3. Job Seekers

As a job seeker, you understand that:

• LaunchSA facilitates job applications but is not your employer
• Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer, not LaunchSA
• We do not guarantee employment as a result of using our Platform
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and application information

4. Employers

Employers who post jobs on LaunchSA agree that:

• All job listings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described
• Job listings must comply with South African labour law, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
• Discriminatory job listings based on race, gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics are strictly prohibited
• LaunchSA reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LaunchSA — including design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by LaunchSA (Pty) Ltd and protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaunchSA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed job applications, data loss, or reliance on job listing information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
